1) Ensure the floor or carpet is clean and dust free.
2) Cut the Anti-Slip Fleece to be slightly smaller than the area of the Rug.
3) Lay on the floor and then place Rug on top.
Note: When product becomes dirty effectiveness is reduced, simply wash at 30 degrees and reapply.
