About Our Free Sample Service
At The Natural Rug Company we pride ourselves on the quality of our Natural Rugs and offer a free sample service to preview rug weaves and border colour options before order.
The quickest way to order samples is via the Free Sample option which can be found on each product listing that we can provide a sample of.
Do you see a combination you like in our store? All you have to do is select 'Free Sample' under the drop down menu and add it to your basket.
You can add more shortlisted designs to the basket and when you're finished simply check out. You'll get your samples in 3-5 days.
Rug Designer
If you're using our Rug Designer Tool (which can be located in the top menu as 'Design Your Own') that too can be used to Order Samples.
Just build the Rug of your dreams and at checkout you can Order Your Rug Samples directly.
You'll even be prompted to save the Rug you've made. Saving will help you, once you've received the samples, order the Rug you've selected; it's is as easy as logging back into your account and picking up where you left off.
How to order Free Samples via the Rug Designer

Make your Desired Rug

When you arrive at the Size Selection Stage, you can scroll down and you will see 'Order Sample' button. You can click this and your samples will be added to the basket.

Continue to make new Rug combinations until you are satified.

Proceed to checkout to finalise your request.
Via Our Online Rug Designer Tool simply click 'Order Sample' before checkout.
