We chose a Seagrass herringbone accents made to measure rug with a fawn border to sit in the middle of an oak floor. We were impressed with the effects shown on the website where you can mix and match patterns, borders and backgrounds too. This helped enormously with our choice. Seagrass was recommended to be hard wearing and with 2 dogs this was an essential part of our choice. The accents pattern just lends an air of elegance not seen with our previous plain hessian coloured rug. The Natural Rug company couldn’t have been more helpful, keeping us well informed about delivery and giving lots of options for this. The rug was well protected and easily flattened out as advised.

Quite the best experience of shopping I have had. Jensen was easy to contact, samples were sent quickly, i received regular updates as to delivery, and can confirm it was a fantastic purchase when it arrived. The rug was carefully wrapped, the ends protected and delivered with care. I liked the insert telling me who had hand sewn and finished the rug. This is the second time I've ordered a rug from this company. Both times I've spent ages trying to find a rug I liked, I find their selections of materials and finishes along with bespoke sizing gives me everything I want and I know it will fit perfectly. The rugs are extremely high quality, the older one has survived a couple of years living with a cat and looks as good as new. The customer service I have received has been fabulous. Jensen has been quick to respond to each query. I would completely recommend.
